This campaign comes in light of the severe heat waves that the country is witnessing, especially the governorates of Upper Egypt, and what may accompany them in terms of an increased likelihood of the appearance or migration of reptiles and rodents to the various facilities, which calls for taking the necessary preventive measures to preserve the safety of patients and visitors to the college, faculty members, assistant staff, and employees.

The spraying operations were carried out according to a well-thought-out plan, after the clinics had finished working and all patients had left, in order to ensure the highest levels of efficiency in the control operations and to reach all locations within the college, especially the educational and treatment clinics, with full compliance with security and safety requirements.

The college administration confirmed that these measures are part of an integrated plan for preventive maintenance and maintaining public health, and providing a safe educational and therapeutic environment, reflecting the university and college’s interest in raising the quality of services provided and ensuring the safety of all college members and visitors.
