Organizing an awareness caravan

The Faculty of Dentistry at Beni Suef University organizes an awareness caravan

As part of its ongoing efforts to promote social responsibility and serve special needs groups, the Faculty of Dentistry at Beni Suef University organized a specialized medical and awareness caravan today, Tuesday, to the Al-Nour Wal-Amal School for the Blind and People with Disabilities in eastern Beni Suef
This was under the patronage of Professor Dr. Tariq Ali, President of the University, Professor Dr. Abu Al-Hassan Abdel-Mawjoud, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development, Professor Dr. Ahmed Fathallah, Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry, and Dr. Maha Abdel-Qawi, Assistant Professor and Vice Dean of the Faculty for Community Service and Environmental Development. The convoy aimed to provide screening and primary care services to our children with disabilities, emphasizing the university's pivotal role in supporting this important segment of society
The convoy was organized under the leadership of Dr. Sabri Ezzat, head of the convoys committee, with the participation of members of the support staff and internship students, where the team implemented an integrated awareness program in the field of oral and dental health, which included providing preventive advice and ways to properly care for teeth, while emphasizing the importance of conducting periodic examinations
The event was implemented in collaboration with Signal Company, which contributed to supporting educational activities and providing necessary awareness regarding oral health, positively impacting the health awareness of the school's students

This initiative is part of the college's plan to serve the local community and promote public health, reflecting the university's commitment to its social role and its mission to disseminate health awareness
