Comprehensive development medical convoy

Active and continuous participation of the Faculty of Dentistry within the initiative of His Excellency the President of the Republic, a new beginning for building the human being.

Under the patronage of His Excellency Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of the University, a comprehensive medical development convoy was held today, Wednesday, 20/11/2024, for the village of Abu Sir Al-Wasiti, with the participation of a team from the Faculty of Dentistry with their colleagues from the various faculties of the university
The Faculty of Dentistry participated under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Ahmed Fathallah Shawky, Dean of the Faculty, and the supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Mohamed Ziada, Vice Dean of the Faculty for Community Service and Environmental Development, through the Faculty’s Medical Convoys Committee, headed by Dr. Sherine Shaaban, Lecturer in the Department of Pediatric Dentistry and Head of the Convoys Committee, with the active participation of doctors Dr. Abdel Rahman Ayoub, Dr. Mustafa Fayez, Dr. Abdullah Mohamed Abdullah, and Dr. Youssef El Sebaei Where patients were examined and initial diagnosis was made to transfer cases to the various departments in the college clinics. As well as awareness of oral and dental health care. It is worth noting that more than 50 cases of different ages were examined and the necessary medications were prescribed and cases requiring therapeutic intervention were transferred to the various college clinics for follow-up
