Training workshops for interns

In the interest of the college to train the interns in a distinguished manner, and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Ahmed Fathallah, Dean of the College, the Department of Oral Medicine and Periodontics, under the supervision of Asst. Prof. Dr. Maha Abdel Qawi, Head of the Department, and faculty members Asst. Prof. Dr. Marwa Mohamed Tawfik and Dr. Reham El Banna, with resident doctors, Dr. Omar Fathy, Dr. Bishoy Adel, Dr. Mohamed Ali, Dr. Islam Abdel Aziz, and Dr. Mai Hassan, held two training workshops for
 interns entitled:
1-( Soft tissue management including incisions, flaps, suturing techniques  , soft tissue grafts and periodontal surgeries including crown lengthening, recession treatment) 
2-Basic dental implants (implant selection, impant planing on bluesky program, surgical
guides, and hands on casts for implant 
Dr. Reham El Banna gave a combined lecture for the students (online) and the interns were divided into groups on two different days to ensure a clear vision of the practical part and follow up on each student individually.
 The workshop also included training on how to deal with different gum diseases and multiple skills in performing gum surgeries
In order to raise the educational and technical level of interns on the latest methods.
